At 8 PM tonight.

I told you that I have had the wire antenna put back in operation for 40, 20, and 10 meters.

I have been calling CQ and all the meter readings are correct but so far not one contact.

With that in mind, tonight at 8 PM I will tune to the frequency for a Thursday night net on 10 meters that I know can hear my radio.

Hopefully I will be heard and at least I will know I’m getting out on 10 meters.

Tune in tomorrow for results.

The bands have been the pits the past couple of days, and today’s not much better. – due to geomagnetic disturbances. I’m sure your equipment and antenna are fine. Probably just the bad band conditions. For instance, at work, I went out at lunchtime last week and was making QSOs. The past few days? Didn’t hear a thing. Take heart though, it will get better.
